Fondary adopts Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement rather than a separate custom app license.

Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles App Store purchases, subscription billing, restores, cancellations, and refund eligibility. The App Store and Fondary’s purchase sheet show localized prices and billing periods before confirmation.
If a subscription lapses, existing memories remain readable. New captures and PDF or JSON export return to the free limits until access is restored.
